Twin Creeks Project Update


Our Robbins|Reed Builders are thrilled to announce that groundbreaking has officially begun at Twin Creeks: a new mixed-use development off Orcutt street here in San Luis Obispo. The modern project consists of 9 buildings, with 94 luxury residential units, ample community spaces, along with a range of retail options. Robbins|Reed’s Central Coast commercial builders are working with Arris Studio Architects to make this project a reality.

The Vintage at SLO Project Update


Robbins|Reed Communities is proud to announce a new project update for the Vintage at SLO Apartments. Model slabs were placed for the apartments back in January, and trenching has just begun. Slabs were placed this April for the Vintage clubhouse, and our team couldn’t be more excited for the progress.

The innovative garden-style community will be just 2 miles southeast of downtown San Luis Obispo, within the Orcutt Area Specific Plan. There will ultimately be 105-units comprised of 7 three-story residential buildings, with a mix of 35 studios, 7 one-bedrooms, and 63 two-bedroom townhomes. The community is designed with many of the latest sustainable development practices with stunning views of open space for residents. The contemporary neo-craftsman designs with private balconies and patios are sure to be a hit around town. The interiors offer luxurious kitchens, great rooms, and in-unit washer/dryers.
