Located near the ninth peak in the mountain chain of Nine Sisters, Noveno (‘ninth’ in Spanish) is a place for modern living where the evolving needs of families are met with flexible floor plans and community-centered design. The Noveno groundbreaking occurred on Thursday, September 21st and our plan is to keep the community informed of our progress as we go.
The architecture blends themes from Craftsman, Mission, and Bungalow styles for a contemporary expression of mid-century modern inspired by the colors and textures of the Central Coast landscape. Special features include community-centered grand Parkways, access to walking and bike paths, solar PV ready homes, and attached garages pre-wired for electric vehicle charging.
Noveno is an approved community within the Orcutt Area Specific Plan outlined by the City of San Luis Obispo. The Robbins|Reed team is serving as local developer and builder of the project in joint venture partnership with Resmark Land and Housing. The journey to get where we are today wasn’t an easy one. In fact, Noveno is over two-decades and 17 public hearings in the making. Through it all, Robbins|Reed has been fortunate to work with innovative collaborators at RRM Design Group, Rick Engineering Company, and Summers Murphy & Partners.
